Brian C. Jones, 44, died unexpectedly on October 1, 2019 in Houston, Texas. Brain was born on April 3, 1975 in Houston, Texas, the son of Michael R. and Pamela (Sandfer) Jones.
Brian was a lifelong lover of sports, with a nearly photographic memory of teams, players and statistics. He was an avid supporter of the Scottish Celtic Soccer Team, and an original organizer of the Celtic League of Houston.
Brian's other passions was music. From his introduction to chorale music in the 8th grade and on through his entire life, music was his soul. Music of all genres, from county to classic rock to opera was what he loved.
In 1992-1993, Klein High School Choir won State with Brian as their Choir President. He sang Baritone in Barbershop Quartet; he was invited to sing with the Houston Symphony Choir. Brian loved to travel and made friends around the world, from Paris to Scotland to Ecuador in South America.
He will be dearly missed and loved forever.
Brian is preceded in death by his mother, Pamela Sandefer Jones. He is survived by his father, Michael of Cuenca, Ecuador, step-mother, Betty Jones of Cuenca, Ecuador, brother, Jason 'Pete' Jones of Spring, Texas, nieces, Addison Jones of Houston, Texas, Hannah Jones of Houston, Texas, nephew Grayson Jones of Spring, Texas and numerous cousins in Texas, Indiana, Chicago and Kansas.
A Memorial Service will be held next year on Brian's birthday, April 3, 2020.
