Caralynn Franks

Caralynn Shirley Franks, passed away September 30th 2019, in Houston, Texas. Caralynn was born to Edith (Harrison) and Elmer Harper, in Frederick, Oklahoma, on March 15th 1940. Caralynn is survived by her daughter Virginia Pennell, along with many loving family and friends. A full obituary will be posted at a later time.
