Donna Rae Phillips

Donna Rae Phillips, 68, passed away on May 2, 2019 in Spring, Texas. Donna was born, November 27, 1950 to her father, Earnest Ray Phillips, and mother, Jo Nevada McAvoy, in  Houston, Texas.
