Jay Dale Blakeley, a beloved husband, father, son, and friend, passed away on November 18th, 2023 in Tomball, Texas. Born on September 20th, 1982 in Kerrville, Texas. Jay lived a life full of warmth, generosity, and dedication to his loved ones.

Jay's journey began at Waltrip High School in Houston, Texas where he received his education and laid the foundation for his future endeavors. After completing his schooling, Jay pursued a career as an HVAC Technician. His innate intelligence and knowledge of the field allowed him to excel in his profession.

However, Jay's professional achievements were only one aspect of his extraordinary life. Those who were fortunate enough to cross paths with him soon discovered his compassionate nature and willingness to lend a helping hand. Jay's genuine kindness touched the lives of countless individuals.

Jay had an insatiable love for knowledge and always sought opportunities to expand his horizons. Beyond his career, he cultivated various interests including fishing, hunting, coin collecting, working on vehicles, playing pool, and building anything you could possibly want. These hobbies not only brought him joy but also provided him with avenues for relaxation and personal growth.

In addition to pursuing his passions with enthusiasm and dedication, Jay was known for being a devoted family man. He cherished every moment spent with his wife Stephanie Carpenter and their children Kasey Blakeley, Alizabyth Blakeley, and Justin Blakeley. Jay's commitment to creating a loving home environment was evident in the lifelong memories he created with his family.

Jay was blessed with nurturing parents who shaped him into the remarkable person he became. Eugenia Lee Hill and Clifton Jay Blakeley provided unwavering support throughout Jay's life journey. Jay is also survived by many sisters, brothers, family and friends.

One relationship that deserved special mention was the bond Jay shared with his beloved cat Ishta. Their companionship highlighted Jay's tenderness and compassionate nature, demonstrating that his kindness extended beyond human connections.
