A memorial service will be held to celebrate Joan's life at Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, on October 21, 2023. The service will begin at 10:00 AM, providing an opportunity for all those whose lives Joan touched to pay their respects and honor her memory. The church is located at 3029 Holman St., Houston, TX.
