Joe was born October 5, 1948 in corpus Christi, Texas to the late Adela Duran and Juan Barron with also his Stepfather Ramiro Duran. He was the oldest boy out of all 7 children. He is preceded in death by Esmeralda Corona, Noemi Martinez and Janie Ulloa. He is survived by Maria Cantu and Robert Cantu, Margarita Ortiz, brother Emilio Barron and Norma Barron, his nephew/ son Christopher Barron and Stephanie Gonzales along with his grand kids Lorenzo Morales Adela Marie Barron, Noemi Lucy Barron and Christopher Paul Barron Jr .along with about 1000 nieces and nephews.... his education wasnt strong but he made up for it through work ethic, he worked from the age of 13 til 62 doing construction brick layer, shipping and receiving at AB Dic and Wilmar Supply, when he couldn't work at his job due to his cancer. He worked stocking at a store by our house named Circle Y where he worked from 63 until 71 not knowing that he was as sick as he was. His hobbies were watching sports playing the slot machines and gambling on football squares. He was a generous man who if ever asked you for 100 dollars he would pay you back double in return. He was a very particular man things had to be the way he wanted or it wasn't good enough stubborn yet loving man. The neighborhood loved him without them and my family we wouldn't be able to come up with the money in a short time. He accepted Jesus the weekend before he passed and all thanks goes to Jessica Uribe for being a blessing to him and all the family.
