Joseph "Joey" Garza

Joseph (Joey) Nehamiah Garza was born on June 3, 1993 in Channel View Texas and was raised in Spring Texas. He passed away unexpectedly on April 11, 2022 at the age of 28. He was the third son of Cendaida Salinas and Elogio Garza and is survived by his parents and his three brothers Nicholas Garza, Jacob Garza, Luke Gonzalez, his sister Sarah Garza, his wife Jacolyn Garza and their two children Josiah and Janea Garza. Joey enjoyed hunting with his former boss and dear friend who predeceased him, Mike Bishop. He was also very handy at repairing cars and was always willing to assist anyone who needed help. He always greeted everyone with a big smile. He was known to have a sweet and tender heart and easily developed lasting and meaningful friendships. He loved playing charades and was very competitive in any game he played. When he was a little boy he had a habit of always collecting wild flowers to bring to his mother anytime he played outside. As a young boy he enjoyed playing sports and excelled in every position he played in baseball and soccer. Joey has left his earthly body and gained his most beautiful angel wings. He will be greatly missed and has left wonderful memories of his beautiful soul with everyone whose life he touched. May he rest in peace.
