Katina Venable Kneen

Katina Venable Kneen, age 80, passed away on November 30, 2023, in Tomball, Texas. She was born on June 12, 1943, in Augusta, Georgia, to Walter Venable and Rena Becton.

Katina is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Quintin W. Kneen, her devoted children Rena White, Quintin V. Kneen, Malcolm Kneen, Tamara Guidry, Victoria Smith, and her cherished grandchildren Katina Hoyt, Snow White, Oliver Kneen, Isabella Kneen, Benjamin Guidry, Savannah Guidry, Derek Kneen, Vivian Guidry, Collin Kneen, Amelia Smith, and Agee Smith.

Quintin was at her side to hold her, and to tell her how much he loved her as she drew her final breath, much as he had throughout their 60 years of marriage. In her lifetime, Katina touched the lives of many with her kindness and gentle spirit. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter and her mother, Rena.

Katina grew up in Miami, Florida where she attended Southwest Miami High School and furthered her education at Miami Dade College.
