Marcelia Westerman

Marcelia Westerman, 71, passed away on July 22, 2019 in Spring, Texas. Marcelia was born to Bertha and Otha Callaway on December 22, 1947. Marcelia is survived by her loving son Jake Westerman and loving daughter. A full obituary will be posted at a later date.
