Margret Arellano

Margret "Chris" Arellano, 73, of Splendora Texas, Formerly of Boise Idaho, passed away surrounded by loved ones on August 16, 2021.

Margret was born January 7, 1948, in Shorter, Alabama, to Mose and Catherine Dupree, one of nine children. She was married to Louie Arellano. Prior to living in Splendora, Texas Chris lived in Boise Idaho where she inspired many fellow seniors with her quilting and crafting. Her passion in life was crafting and her grandchildren, her family noted.

She is preceded in death by: her loving husband Louie Arellano; daughter Cheryl Loeffler; brothers Danny and Stan; sisters Janie and Mary.

Margret is survived by: her son and daughter-in-law, Nick and Stacy Arellano of Splendora, Texas; son James VanDrunen of Montana; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers Buddy (Moses) and George; sisters Libba (Elizabeth) and Patricia (Pat); many nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be held Spring of 2022 in Glenns Ferry Idaho followed by a memorial service in Libby Montana.
