Maria's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be fondly remembered for her inseparable bond with her husband, Trarcilo Macedo. Their union was a true testament to love and partnership. Maria's commitment to her family was unparalleled; she ensured that her loved ones always had everything they needed for a comfortable life.

A master in the kitchen, Maria found joy in cooking for her husband and children. Her culinary skills were surpassed only by her passion for maintaining their home and garden—a source of pride and accomplishment for her.

In addition to her husband, Maria is survived by her two sons, Erick and Jared Macedo; her mother Vicenta Ortiz; father Zoilo Ortiz; brothers Elias Ortiz and Jose Ortiz. Maria's presence in their lives will be deeply missed.

A visitation service to honor and remember Maria will be held on March 6, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Family First Cremation Services located at 3723 Spring Stuebner Suite D, Spring, TX 77389.
