Monte Mark Willis II, 20 years of age, passed away Monday, September 21, 2020 in Houston, Texas. Monte was born in The Woodlands, Texas on March 22, 2000 to Monte and Dyan Willis. Monte accepted Jesus as his Savior at an early age and attended Spring First Church and Northwood Church. He attended Providence Classical School where he was strengthened in his walk with Christ. He finished his education at Klein High School. Monte had an immense love for all kinds of animals God created and began working at Petco. When the opportunity arrived, he went on to work as a Waiter at his favorite restaurant, Shogun. Monte loved being surrounded by his many friends as well as his brother and sister. He enjoyed playing basketball, baseball, video games and fishing. Monte dearly loved the friends he had throughout his life. Monte is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother and grandfather, Allen and Carol Amerson and paternal grandfather Neil Monroe Willis. Surviving family are his loving brother, Mitchell Myles Willis and sister, Kelli Nicole Willis, great grandmother Juana Pyle Boykin, grandmother Kathryn Willis Dawson, Uncle Mitch Willis, Aunt Angie Willis, cousins Raquel Knobloch and husband Andy, Neil Willis and wife Natalie, Paige Harvey and husband Brady and Ryan Trace Willis. Monte leaves behind many loved relatives in East Texas and cherished friends. God's Word to Us: 2 Corinthians 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be
