Rebecca O. Flores

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Rebecca O. Flores, also known as Becky, who passed away on June 19, 2023, in Houston, Texas. She was born on September 12, 1966, in Harlingen, Texas to Jesus Flores and Maria Alvarez. Her bright light will always be remembered by her family and loved ones throughout Texas, Florida, and North Carolina.

Becky had a creative soul and found joy in sewing and knitting. Her passion for creating memorable keepsakes for her loved ones was unparalleled. She had a selfless heart and always put the needs of others before her own. Becky's immense love for her family knew no bounds as she devoted her life to them.

Becky was a caring and genuine person who brought out the best in everyone who needed it. Her one-of-a-kind personality was contagious, filling any room with warmth and happiness. Despite fighting cancer in her later years, Becky's positivity never faltered while facing the toughest of trials.

Becky's passing has left a void in the hearts of those she leaves behind but her legacy will continue through her surviving family members which include: Yvonne Pena (sister), Javier Flores (brother), Iris Ocha (sister), Gerardo Flores (brother), Jesus Flores Jr., Yadira Vargas (daughter), Naailah Lucio (daughter) Marc Castillo (son) and Rodolfo Gonzalez (partner for 11 years).

May Becky rest peacefully knowing that she was truly cherished during her time on Earth. Her genuine presence and beautiful soul will always be remembered by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
