Robert Joseph Michael

It is with great sadness that the family of Robert Joseph Michael announces his passing on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the age of 76 years. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Sandy, and his children Rob (Brenda), Todd, Kristi (James) Robbins. And his eleven grandchildren, Elizabeth, Dylan, Rebekah, Ethan, Trinity, Abbi, David-Nolan, Katherine, Quinn, Sammy and Julianne; and his sister, Kathy. Bob was born in Lafayette IN, January 25, 1941. He graduated from Purdue University in 1965. His career was in the computer industry. Bob was involved in the Jaycees organization in the Chicago area for about seven years. When we moved to Houston he served as a Cub Scout leader for many years. His hobbies included reading action, mystery and historical books, vegetable gardening and watching football and basketball. A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 1, 2018, 4:00 p.m. at Calvary Community Church, 7550 Cherry Park Dr., Houston TX 77095. Those who would desire may make a memorial donation in memory of Bob to the Benevolence Fund at Calvary Community Church. On behalf of Family First, we offer our sincere condolences.
